Call for Participation with the IEEE Broadcast Technology Standards Committee
IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA) and the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society (IEEE BTS) invite you to participate in the IEEE Broadcast Technology Standards Committee.
WHY GET INVOLVED
The scope of the IEEE Broadcast Technology Standards Committee (BTSC) covers the standardization and documentation of devices, equipment, techniques, and systems related to the production, distribution, wired and wireless transmission, propagation aspects, and reception of video, audio, and/or data services in which the one-to-many transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public or a target audience.
Current projects include:
• Aggregated Digital Studio-to-Transmitter-Link (STL) for Radio
• Passive Intermodulation (PIM) Measurements at Broadcast Frequencies & Power Levels
• Transmitter Spectrum Mask Measurements at Broadcast Frequencies & Power Levels
