The IEEE International Symposium on Broadband Multimedia Systems and Broadcasting 2024, the 19th in the series, will be held in June 19-21, 2024, Toronto, Canada. The symposium is the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of technical advances in the rapidly converging areas of multimedia broadcasting, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and networking technologies.

The symposium will be a premier forum for the presentation and exchange of technical advances in the rapidly converging areas of Multimedia Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, and Networksing Technologies. We are looking for unpublished technical papers in the following broadcast and multimedia research areas:

-       Multimedia Transmission
-       Multimedia Service, Quality and Content
-       Multimedia Networking
-       Multimedia Signal Processing

Detailed information on the expected topics is detailed on the Call For Papers. 

Each abstract must include at least two keywords chosen from the topics mentioned above. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®. Best conference paper and best conference student paper will be awarded.

Deadlines

-       Submission of extended abstracts:                          January 11th, 2024

-       Notification of acceptance:                                       February 26, 2024

-       Submission of full papers:                                         March 29, 2024  Extended to April 5, 2024
