Ivan Peña

Dr. Iván Peña received the M.S. and PhD in Telecommunication Engineering at the University of the Basque Country (Spain) in 2004 and 2011 respectively. He joined the TSR (Radiocommunication and Signal Processing) research group at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of the UPV/EHU in 2002. Since then, he has been involved in different projects in the area of digital TV and radio broadcasting systems and has co-authored several contributions to the ITU-R Working Groups WP6 and WP3. His current research interests focus on the development of the emerging digital broadcasting technologies and the study of new propagation models.
