Events & Conferences

Conferences are an important part of our Society, as they enable the exchange of new information and the formation of social networks. Our Society has two major conferences, the IEEE International Symposium on Broadband Multimedia Systems and Broadcasting (BMSB) held in the Spring of each year, and the Annual IEEE Broadcast Symposium (ABS), held in the Fall of each year.

In addition to these conferences, BTS provides tutorials at NAB (each Spring) and IBC (each Fall).

Local members also enjoy regional Workshops organized by our Chapters. These workshops are often held in conjunction with our Distinguished Lecturer visits.
